Yoga for Functional Mobility is a creative blend of self-myofascial massage, yoga postures, and corrective exercise designed to improve range of motion and balance, strengthen the muscles, reduce pain and calm the nervous system. Classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness although students must be able to get up and down
off the floor without assistance.
Yoga therapy balls and other props are necessary to experience the full benefits of this class.
